She is responsible for helping the business use technology, data and AI to create better customer outcomes, enable advisers to be more successful and build long-term competitive advantage.

With more than forty years of experience, Renee has built a reputation as an executive who combines commercial thinking, engineering discipline and people-first leadership. Equally comfortable in the boardroom or with engineering teams, she believes the best technology organisations succeed because of their culture as much as their technology.

Alongside her executive role, Renee serves as a Non-Executive Director, strategic adviser and certified Executive Coach, supporting boards and leadership teams on technology strategy, AI, governance, organisational transformation and executive leadership.
