Kapil Madan is Founder and Chairperson of Dynamatix, the UK technology company helping lenders modernise mortgage operations without ripping out legacy systems. Its low/zero-code platform Catura™ powers Mortgage Rail -  an AI-driven layer that accelerates document verification, compliance checks and approvals, taking lenders live in weeks rather than months.

He is also Founder and Board Director of IE Hub, the multi-award-winning affordability data platform. Earlier in his career, Kapil directed Lloyds Banking Group's £70m Risk & Fraud integration following the Lloyds TSB/HBOS merger, helped set up Metro Bank, and began at Oracle. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
