With more than 20 years' experience delivering transformation across financial services and other highly regulated industries, he helps organisations leverage data, AI, cloud and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences, increase operational efficiency and accelerate growth.

Most recently, Shas has worked with one of the UK's leading mortgage intermediary businesses to develop AI-driven capabilities and Human-Centred Design approaches that enhance broker and customer experiences throughout the mortgage journey. He has also led the delivery of data and AI capabilities across multiple sectors, helping organisations unlock value from technology while navigating complex change.
