Maria is Chair of the Open Property Data Association (OPDA), founded after leading the Home Buying and Selling Council technology group. OPDA promotes digitisation, trust and interoperability to improve the homebuying process and drives adoption of standards across industry and government. Maria represents members on key delivery groups including the Smart Data Council, championing collaboration and customer outcomes, and she leads the DPMSG workstreams on trust and interoperability across the smart property ecosystem.

Previously, she launched the UK’s first digital mortgage at Atom bank and brings 30+ years of expertise from different industries improving quality, outcomes, and technology-enabled customer experience.
