Tina has over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, starting in 1999 with Cheltenham & Gloucester before progressing to senior leadership roles across Mortgage and Retail teams within Lloyds Banking Group. Since July 2022, she has been National Account Manager for the Intermediary team, leading strategic relationships. Tina is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the mortgage journey while maintaining the vital human connection. She works collaboratively with partners to drive industry improvements for brokers and customers, building strong relationships and drawing on the breadth of expertise across Lloyds Banking Group.
