Joshua Elash graduated with an LLB (Hons) from University College London in 2001. A qualified New York State Attorney, he began his career with National Westminster Bank before joining a firm of solicitors in London. There, he practiced law for several years, specialising in commercial contracts, real estate, and finance.

In early 2007, Joshua transitioned into investment management, joining the Endurance Real Estate Fund where he collaborated with some of Europe’s largest institutional investors. As a Founding Director of MT Finance, Joshua is broadly responsible for developing the company’s overarching strategic growth plans and oversees the underwriting process at MT Finance.
