Formerly she held multiple executive roles including Chief Operating Officer of an Octopus-backed mortgage fintech, leading operational strategy and scaling processes from early-stage growth. Responsible for multiple global initiatives across various financial services verticals, she has deep expertise in technology innovation and implementation and the pivotal role data has in successful outcomes.

A former British Army Officer, having serviced in both Afghanistan and for the UN, she brings disciplined leadership, strategic clarity, and an ability to solve knotty problems.
