After several rewarding years as Operations Director, I’ve recently stepped into a new chapter as Specialist Placement Team Manager at Connect Mortgages.

In this role, I lead an expert team dedicated to helping brokers place complex and non-standard cases — ensuring that even the most challenging client scenarios have a path to success.

Having worked in the specialist finance sector for many years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of complex lending, lender criteria, and the value of strong partnerships between brokers and networks. My background in operations has equipped me with a keen eye for process improvement, compliance, and delivering consistently high service standards — all of which I now bring to my leadership of the Specialist Placement Team.
