Jason joined Crystal 2020. He has extensive board-level experience gained across lender, distributor, and fintech insurer Companies. Beginning his career as a Financial Adviser he moved into account management with Platform Home Loans and led the sales channel to over £4b of specialist lending completions in 2007. During his tenure as Director of Sales at Uinsure, exponential growth was evident and multiple industry awards attained.

A recognised thought leader, Jason is committed to making Crystal the UK’s most recommended distributor. He’s Co-Founder of the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) and an enthusiastic advocate of the topic. A proud father of three, he enjoys padel tennis and supports Manchester City FC.
