I have been working in mortgages since 2006 and am a Partner at MAB Crawley. I am a director of an estate agency and lettings firm, Homes Partnership. I founded Women in Mortgages UK in 2023, which is a Facebook community of over 1.2k women working in mortgages and still growing. I sit on the Mortgage Advice Bureau Charity Foundation and also help Working in Mortgages by hosting one of their working groups and being part of their mentor scheme.

However, my overall passion is still helping clients achieve their dreams when it comes to home ownership. People say I must be good at math, but honestly, the job is far more about problem-solving, and I am an excellent problem solver. I was awarded Adviser of the Year at the Financial Reporter Awards 2025 and shortlisted for Adviser: Complex Credit at the BMAs in 2024 and 2025. As well as winning best broker firm (under 8 advisers) at the Mortgage Strategy Awards in 2024 and being shortlisted again in 2025. I am a passionate adviser when it comes to my own clients, growing and supporting my team and also helping the wider industry in any way I can.
